What we collect
When you use the contact form we store the name, email address, organization and message you enter, plus the time and the IP address the form was sent from, so we can reply and detect abuse. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and capacity planning. They are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your message, to keep the site secure, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties except service providers who host our infrastructure and email, and who act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EEA, UK and California have additional statutory rights, which we honour on request.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects data we already hold, we will say so on this page and, where we have your email address, tell you directly.
