What we collect
When you use the contact form we store the name, email address, organization and message you enter, plus the time and the IP address the form was sent from, so we can reply and detect abuse. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and capacity planning. They are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.
We do not run Google Analytics on this site.
We use Meta Pixel to record page visits and successful contact form submissions (PageView and Lead events) for advertising measurement. When our Meta Conversions API connection is enabled, we also send a Lead event from our server after a contact message is saved. That server event contains a random event ID, the event time, your IP address and browser user agent, and Meta browser cookie identifiers if present. The matching event ID lets Meta count the browser and server reports as one submission. We do not send your contact form fields to Meta. See Meta's privacy policy for how it uses event data.
How we use it
We use contact form details to reply to you and access logs to run and protect the site. We use page visit and form submission event data to understand traffic and measure advertising. Meta receives that event data from the Meta Pixel and, when enabled, the Conversions API. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell or rent contact form details.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EEA, UK and California have additional statutory rights, which we honour on request.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects data we already hold, we will say so on this page and, where we have your email address, tell you directly.
